X28 Lower Body Blast Challenge is designed to help you sculpt and tone your leg and glutes. Each challenge comes with a workout guide and optional meal guides. WHAT IS THE X28 BEGINNERS CHALLENGE?
The X28 Beginners Challenge is a low impact version of our X28 Intermediate Program. X28’s Beginners challenge will have you moving at a more moderate pace and the exercises are designed to avoid putting any strain on the knees, back ,or joints. This program is optimal for someone just getting started on their fitness journey, or anyone who struggles with high impact exercise.
WHAT IS THE X28 INTERMEDIATE CHALLENGE?
The X28 Intermediate Challenge is our flagship program. It is a HIIT cardio program that is comprised of core, ab, and total body exercises allowing you to tone up and burn fat in the most efficient manner
WHAT IS THE X28 XTREME CHALLENGE?
The Xtreme Challenge is Advanced X28 program and the next level up from our Intermediate Challenge. It is designed to help you burn up to 50% more calories featuring longer workout times and shorter rest periods. It consists of core, ab, and total body exercises allowing you to tone up and burn fat in the most efficient manner.
WHAT IS THE LOWER BODY BLAST CHALLENGE?
The Lower Body Blast Challenge is comprised of a variety of glute & lower body specific exercises. This program is designed to help you lift, tone and shape your entire lower body from the comfort of your home.
CAN I TAKE ON TWO X28 CHALLENGES AT THE SAME TIME?
Yes, you can add the Lower Body Blast Challenge to the Beginners, Intermediate, or Xtreme Challenge. The Lower Body Blast challenge is going to help you tight, tone, and lift your lower body, while the other programs will help you lose weight and burn body fat. Most people who do both programs at the same time will complete one challenge in the morning and the other in the evening.
WHAT X28 PROGRAM SHOULD I TAKE IF I SUFFER FROM ANY KNEE, JOINT, OR BACK PAIN?
If you suffer from knee, joint, or back pain, X28 recommends starting out with the Beginners Program which is X28 low-impact program. It will have you moving at a more moderate pace and the exercises are designed to avoid putting any strain on those areas.
DOES X28 HELP WITH WEIGHT GAIN?
X28 programs are geared more towards weight loss and toning. The Lower Body Blast helps build/ gain lean muscle in your lower body. But again, none of X28’s programs are designed specifically for weight gain.
IS EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR THE CHALLENGE?
No equipment is necessary to complete any of the challenge workouts.
DO I NEED A GYM TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM?
You will not need access to a gym to take the X28 Challenge. This program is completely online and can be done from the comfort of your home.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO MY CHALLENGES?
You will have access for as long as you have an active subscription. If you want to save, and have access 365 days a year choose our annual plan.
CAN I DO THE PROGRAM IF I AM PREGNANT, BREASTFEEDING, OR JUST HAD A BABY?
X28 highly recommends that you contact your doctor to address these questions before purchasing the program.
DO YOU OFFER SUPPORT TO PARTICIPANTS WHO ARE TAKING THE CHALLENGE?
X28 has an exclusive Facebook Group dedicated to challenge members. X28’s extremely supportive community encourages and supports each other throughout the challenge. You will be invited to this community via email after you enroll.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I ENROLL IN THE CHALLENGE?
After you purchase the challenge, you will receive an email with your login details. You will receive access to your meal guides two days before the challenge starts. You will get access to the workout program and workout videos on the first day of the challenge.
CAN I START THE PROGRAM AT ANY TIME?
There is a designated start date each month for the challenge. X28 encourages you to enroll in the challenge before the start date to claim your spot.
DOES EACH CHALLENGE INCLUDE A MEAL GUIDE?
Each challenge comes with several optional meal guides. We also have vegan and vegetarian options.
WHAT DOES THE MEAL PLAN CONSIST OF?
Each meal guide outlines your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for each day. X28 have different meal guides that range from general to strict plans, to more relaxed plans all designed to fit you and your lifestyle
DO YOU OFFER VEGAN/VEGETARIAN MEAL GUIDE OPTIONS?
A vegan/vegetarian meal guide is available.
DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW A MEAL PLAN?
All of X28 meal plans are suggested, not required, however to get the optimal results, following the meal plan will help guide you to stay in alignment with the proper nutrition needed for the workouts provided in the Challenge. You can modify the meal guides to meet your dietary preferences.
